1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing kairos56.org or joining the Kairos 56 team roster, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or services.

2. Service Description

This site supports the Kairos Prison Ministry — WTSP Chapter. It provides:

Information about Kairos 56 (September 17–20, 2026 at West Tennessee State Penitentiary)
A team dashboard for registered volunteers (schedule, roster, tasks, announcements)
SMS and email communications for team coordination

There is no charge for any service. This is a volunteer-run ministry.

3. User Responsibilities

As a team member, you agree to:

Provide accurate contact information for communications
Respect the confidentiality of team discussions and incarcerated individuals
Use the site and communications in accordance with Kairos Prison Ministry guidelines

4. SMS Communications

By providing your phone number and opting into SMS communications, you consent to receive text messages from (901) 519-3120. Standard message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site is the property of Kairos WTSP unless otherwise noted. Kairos Prison Ministry is a trademark of Kairos Prison Ministry International, Inc.

6. Limitation of Liability

This site is provided “as is” for ministry purposes. We make no warranties regarding uptime or availability. We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the site or communications.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of changes.
